Basic principles

The refund process will proceed after the returned product is received and inspected (verifying for defects or incorrect delivery).

※ In case of a change of mind, a refund may be issued after deducting round-trip shipping costs.

Credit card refund

The card authorization cancellation will be processed and takes approximately 3 to 7 business days.

Other Notes

• Partial Refund: Used coupons/points benefits may be reapplied or expire.

• Free Gift: If the free gift is not returned, the corresponding amount may be deducted.

• Confirmation: You can check the refund status in [My Page > Order History].

• Processing is not possible if the value of the product is damaged: If the value is damaged due to the removal of the product tag, opening, damage to the box, or loss, processing is not possible even within 7 days.

• Shipping Fee Responsibility: For exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. (Excluding defective products or incorrect deliveries)

• Special Offer/Low Price Items: Please refer to the product detail page, as returns due to a simple change of mind may be restricted for some special offer items after receipt.

• Prices may change due to manufacturer circumstances (launch of new models, fluctuations in parts prices, etc.), and no compensation will be provided for such changes.
